ORDERS, RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

FOR REBORNS AND SILICONE: 

Please make sure this baby is for you before buying. 18+ Buyers only please. Read baby’s description for all details. *Please be aware that a Reborn doll is a OOAK work of art and should always be handled with care. These dolls are not recommended for very young children.  Once I receive your full cleared payment, your baby will be shipped to you in 1-4 business days unless it is a custom order. Your baby will be carefully packaged, and shipped by USPS Priority mail unless otherwise stated. This includes insurance and signature confirmation. Baby will have to be signed for when delivered. Tracking info will be provided.

PAYMENT PLANS:

We currently do not offer payment plans.

DEPOSITS:

All deposits up to $200 are NON REFUNDABLE. These deposits cover supplies and possible loss of sales.

FOR ALL OTHER PURCHASES:

Please make sure to read entire descriptions and be sure the items you purchase are exactly the items you want. If you have questions, please ask before purchasing. customerservice@tinyhopecreations.com . Please check that the size and color are what you want. 

**WE DO NOT REFUND FOR BUYERS REMORSE OR FOR NEGLIGENCE ON BUYERS END OF PURCHASING WITHOUT READING FULL DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS YOU ARE PURCHASING.**

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

• Refunds and returns will be a case by case situation. We normally do not accept returns or provide refunds on reborn and silicone dolls due to overhead costs and possible loss of sales on any particular doll. All other items may only be refunded up to 3 days of delivery and if the nature of the refund is due to our negligence. We do not refund for postal errors or damage. These situations will be between you and the carrier. We ship all packages fully insured and tracked. Reborns and Silicones require a signature for delivery. No exceptions.
• For a full refund, items must be returned in a timely manner and must be received by us in the condition it was sent. You will be refunded within 3 business days of receipt of the item. NO refunds will be issued if it has not been agreed between ourselves and the purchaser.
